Start of training 2024

Lauterbach, August 01, 2024 – We are delighted to welcome six new apprentices to DUO PLAST AG, who are starting their professional journey in various specializations with us today. This significant step is not only a sign of our commitment to promoting young talent, but also an essential part of our long-term growth strategy.


Our new trainees have chosen different exciting career pathways: Anisa Beslagic, Anne Hahn, Hannah Leibold and Annika Bonn will be learning the profession of industrial clerk in the coming years, gaining deep insights into the business processes of a manufacturing company. Almin Mujasevic is starting his training as a machine and systems operator and will acquire the technical basics and practical skills for a successful career in production. Jan Jochem, on contrast, is immersing himself in the world of information technology and is training to become an IT specialist for system integration.


Eva Pakulla, Head of Human Resources and Personnel Development at DUO PLAST, emphasizes: “We not only want to cover our own need for skilled workers, but also make a valuable contribution to the professional development of young people in the region.
