Great exchange at the company location in Lauterbach
Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Maximilian Ziegler, SPD state parliamentary candidate, to our company headquarters in Lauterbach. Mr. Ziegler is running for the SPD in the Vogelsberg district constituency in this October’s state elections. He was accompanied by a number of Vogelsberg local politicians, including Lauterbach district councillor and parliamentary group leader Timo Karl, as well as deputy parliamentary group leaders Conny Hentz-Döring and Oliver Mitze.
In addition to the presentation of DUO PLAST AG as an innovative and fast-growing medium-sized company in the Vogelsberg district, the focus was on the political exchange between all participants.
The topics of sustainability (current sustainability projects and goals of the company as well as the area of the circular economy), the promotion of young talent and the attractiveness of the Vogelsberg region for employees with a focus on the training and labor market situation were of great importance.
A tour of the company and a visit to the extrusion and manufacturing production halls on site were of course a must and rounded off the successful day.
