Investing in a fully automatic stretch film machine creates several advantages: High machine availability, an automated packaging process, a uniform packaging appearance with the highest possible load unit stability as well as optimised consumption and use of the stretch film by using film pre-stretch systems. To ensure that the packaging process runs smoothly and efficiently right from the start, we first visit you on site to get an idea of your requirements.
Our fully automatic pallet wrappers in turntable, rotating arm or rotating ring design can be operated independently (stand-alone) or integrated into the fully automatic production process. The machines achieve a pallet output of up to 200 pallets per hour.

Rotary arm pallet wrapper
Rotary arm pallet wrappers are high-performance stretch wrappers with excellent performance. They are suitable both as entry-level machines and as high-performance machines for the automated packaging process. A special feature is that the pallets remain stationary in the wrapper during the wrapping process and do not rotate. This offers enormous advantages in terms of packaging speed. Pallet outputs of up to 150 pallets per hour (Ø 90 pallets/hour) are therefore possible.

Rotating ring pallet wrapper
Rotary ring pallet wrappers are high-performance stretch wrappers with the best performance. A special feature of these machine types is that the film cutting systems are mounted on the rotating ring, allowing the wrapping cycle to be started or stopped at any time and anywhere on the pallet. This enables even higher outputs and even more flexible adaptation to the goods to be wrapped. Pallet outputs of up to 200 pallets per hour (Ø 100 pallets/hour) are possible.
